In these guided 30-minute sessions, Award-Winning Cheese Monger Evan Talen, ACS CCP, will offer:
- How to build a beautiful, well-balanced cheese board
- Styling tips to create variety and balance
- How to make a board feel thoughtful (but never fussy)
Choose your board size when you sign up:
- Small (serves 1-2) | $55
- Large (serves 3-4) | $75
Disposable trays will be available, or bring your own board from home to create your custom display.
Come solo or sign up with a friend! Space is limited, and reservations are required.

The Cheesemonger Invitational: Masters, the ultimate arena where the finest cheesemongers converge for a prestigious competition. The top two finalists will earn the esteemed opportunity to represent Team USA at the Mondial Du Fromage in the south of France this September.
